By accessing or using the EmmetAccar Club website (emmetaccar.media), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on EmmetAccar Club's website for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials

Services

EmmetAccar Club provides personal styling and wardrobe consultation services. By booking any of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Pay all fees associated with the selected service
• Attend scheduled appointments or provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations
• Respect our stylists and team members

Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards and electronic payments.

Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally:

• Initial consultations are non-refundable once completed
• Service packages may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if no services have been rendered
• VIP memberships can be cancelled with 30 days notice

User Content

By submitting content to our website (including photos, testimonials, or feedback), you grant EmmetAccar Club a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for marketing and promotional purposes.

Intellectual Property

The materials on EmmetAccar Club's website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of EmmetAccar Club and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
